  • The design fee reflects the time, care, and expertise involved in creating a truly personalised journey. Each itinerary is thoughtfully crafted using our trusted network and on-the-ground knowledge.

  • No, the design fee is not deducted. It covers the thoughtful creation of your itinerary, which includes my research, curation, and details crafted for you to keep and use in your own way, regardless of how you choose to book.

    Should you wish, I can also take care of bookings, bringing it all together with the same level of care and continuity.

  • To ensure each journey is thoughtfully designed and delivered to a high standard, the following are not included in the standard itinerary design service:

    • Unlimited revisions beyond the agreed scope

    • Major changes after bookings have been confirmed

    • Management of independently booked arrangements

    • Visa, passport, or travel documentation services

    • Travel insurance (guidance can be provided)

    • 24/7 in-destination concierge services (unless arranged in advance)

    Any additional support or services can always be discussed and quoted separately.
